RMHBDA Patient Assistance

Managing a bleeding disorder can cause a financial strain on families. The Rocky Mountain Hemophilia & Bleeding Disorders Association understands this and offers emergency financial assistance to those in need.

To be considered active, members must be in our database and have a family member with an identified inherited bleeding disorder. Applicants must fill out the attached form with all required documentation attached. It may be faxed, mailed, emailed, or delivered to the RMHBA. All requests are subject to approval by the RMHBDA and are contingent on funds being available.

Submission of a request does not guarantee payment. For any questions, please contact Brad Benne, Executive Director at brad@rmhbda.org.
